2.Process Introduction
A.Pouring and foaming: put the raw material of beads containing foaming agent (pentane) into the hopper, and automatically feed into the automatic batch pre-foaming machine. During this process, the polymer particles containing foaming agent are Softening under steam heating, the foaming temperature is about 100°C, and the foaming agent is volatilized. The result is expansion within each bead, forming numerous cells. And form disconnected cells, in this process, the beads must remain dispersed and free-flowing state.
B.Drying: The beads are dried through a foam fluidized drying bed, and the temperature is controlled at about 50 °C .
C.Curing: The dried raw materials are introduced into the curing silo by the induced draft fan, and the self-heating curing is about 6 hours . The curing time is properly adjusted according to the external temperature. Rebounding, the air penetrates into the inside of the cell through the cell membrane, so that the pressure in the cell is balanced with the external pressure. This will make the pre-haired beads elastic.
D.Injection molding: The pre-cured beads are heated by steam, and they will expand after being heated to generate pressure. At this time, the polymer softens and expands again, and fills the gap between the beads to form a whole block to form a foamed plastic product.
E.Cooling and demoulding: It is shaped by vacuum or fan
cooling, and after shaping, the impact force of compressed air is used to make the product better demould. After being ejected, the weight of the plate is displayed, and the plate can be transported by a forklift to the curing warehouse or directly sent to the curing warehouse by a conveyor belt for curing.
F.Aging: After a week of curing time, the particles inside the large plate tend to be stable, and can be cut according to the size required by the customer, and the size of the cured plate will not change.
G.Cut
